NCUB Talent Development Network

NCUB Talent Development Network

The Talent Development Network brings together business and academia to consider their respective roles in the development of graduates and talent into the work force.

The role of the network is to provide feedback and guidance to NCUB as we develop our various talent projects, and our wider engagement with other stakeholders including government and policy makers to better ensure a smoother transition from higher education into the world of work.
